Uni Design is a London based building company that was formed in 2005. We are able to offer bespoke building solutions with a focus on green building techniques and materials. We first started out working on smaller projects gradually building up our skills to take on larger and and ever more complex projects. We have been the lead contractor on many large projects for over 10 years. At the same time we are just as dedicated to smaller projects which may just be a new bathroom or kitchen installation all the way up to a complete house refurbishment, loft conversions, extensions and new build projects including any landscape gardening needs. We pride ourselves on being able to take on and manage the entire process from start to finish and to be able to react to changing needs as and when they arise during the build. 

 

We are fully up to date with all the latest home technologies including whole house Audio visual systems, home automation and security installation.  Mechanical heat recovery systems, Fully zoned central heating systems, solar panel and battery storage all the way down to automated garden watering systems. 

 

We have always focused on making sure that what we build does not only just meet the minimum required industry standards. But, have strived to far exceed the regulations and provide a much better level of installation and air tightness in all of our work. With the changing energy landscape and the future uncertainty around the sustainability of our energy supply. This has been brought in sharp focus and the building industry is only now trying to catch up. We have been employing building techniques and using materials for over 10 years that are only now becoming industry standards.
